WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, please allow us up to 3 working days for your item to be packed and shipped. We currently use Parcelforce and Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels in the UK.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track the item.

DOES THE SAME LOCK FIT ALL CARAVANS?

No. Each wheel lock is specific. Please use https://www.al-ko-secure.co.uk/will-it-fit/ , input your caravans model, manufacturer, year and range to find out. Alternatively please contact us and we will happily assist.

I'VE LOST MY KEYS, CAN THEY BE REPLACED?

This depends on your circumstances.

If your keys are registered then yes, if you call Lowe and Fletcher you will be able to purchase new keys.

If your keys are not registered and you do not have the registration card unfortunately new keys can't be purchased from Lowe and Fletcher.

I CAN'T FIND THE NUMBER I NEED LISTED, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

New products are listed daily however it may be that we have an item in stock that hasn't been listed yet. Please contact us, we aim to respond within 24 hours.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All purchases are final so please ensure you order the correct insert before purchasing.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you have received your item and it is faulty, you may return it for a refund. Please contact our customer service with further details.

CAN I CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed we can't change it. If you contact us straight away we may be able to help.
